Deported Ex-convict Dexter Gooding (Kirk Brown) is disturbed that upon his return, his beloved community Bakers Village is in violent, criminal turmoil. Carrying the guilt of his past crimes, Dexter sets out to rid his village of the same plague he once perpetrated.
